Corporate Social Responsibility Statement – At Anton:

At Anton meets the following commitments around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the EKO policy:

We focus our menu on reducing environmental impact and work to continually improve our own procurement process, focusing particularly on goods and services that are sustainable

• We serve tap water (tap water) as an alternative to bottled water
• When serving drinks with straws, we have recyclable straws
• We prefer to choose a local/regional product
• We have one or more vegetarian dishes in all courses
• We use seasonal produce/fresh ingredients as much as possible
• We do not serve fish from the red category of the fish guide but fish with the MSC or ASC seal of approval

We focus on making food waste as efficient as possible

• Guests can bring a doggy bag
• Guests can (additionally) order supplements separately

We work to reduce environmental impact through waste segregation

• We separate and collect the following waste streams separately: glass, plastic, frying fat, organic waste & paper and cardboard

We focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and contribute to social causes

• Our company is an approved learning company
• We work with people who are distanced from the labor market
• We are a good neighbor and participate in initiatives of the local environment
• We sponsor local associations and projects

We reward our staff and several elements have been introduced in which staff can develop and learn

• Remuneration in accordance with collective bargaining agreement
• Signed contract for at least 90% of employees
• We hold periodic performance reviews
• Active role and participation of employees
