At Anton:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Anton meets the following commitments around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eko-keurmerk.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EKO policy<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>We focus our menu on reducing environmental impact and work to continually improve our own procurement process, focusing particularly on goods and services that are sustainable<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We serve tap water (tap water) as an alternative to bottled water<\/li>\n<li>When serving drinks with straws, we have recyclable straws<\/li>\n<li>We prefer to choose a local\/regional product<\/li>\n<li>We have one or more vegetarian dishes in all courses<\/li>\n<li>We use seasonal produce\/fresh ingredients as much as possible<\/li>\n<li>We do not serve fish from the red category of the fish guide but fish with the MSC or ASC seal of approval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We focus on making food waste as efficient as possible<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests can bring a doggy bag<\/li>\n<li>Guests can (additionally) order supplements separately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We work to reduce environmental impact through waste segregation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We separate and collect the following waste streams separately: glass, plastic, frying fat, organic waste &amp;
