Together for a week without meat
Earlier you were able to read how we at Anton go for sustainable.
Here it became clear that a number of steps were made.
In addition to the wonderful cooperation with Villa Pardoes, of which we are extremely proud, we look at the sustainable goals set every day.
We work day in and day out to make Bij Anton a little better for the world and the environment.
The restaurant has worked hard to obtain the EKO certificate, and thus the EKO seal of approval.
Bij Anton has become more sustainable by, among other things, using Villa Pardoes water, biodegradable straws, offering doggy bags to prevent food waste, organically grown products from the region, seasonal products and the extra vegetarian options on the menu.
These have been great steps for the restaurant, but also for our guests and the environment.
In March, Bij Anton will continue this.
In this month, the week without meat will be introduced.
From March 9 to 15, this week will take place.
Besides striving for the EKO label, it is very important for us to make our guests aware of the different vegetarian choices at Anton’s.
These will be highlighted during this week.
Also, a number of beautiful new and conscious dishes are introduced on our new menu that will be introduced on April 1.
Of course we do not want to force anyone to participate in this week without meat.
Therefore, options with meat will not be excluded from the menu.
All products we work with are seasonal, organically grown and come from the region of Kaatsheuvel.
We do hope that we can inspire those who normally would not go for the vegetarian options to do so in this week, and hopefully beyond.
